As a person with a sedentary lifestyle, I had put my health, happiness, personal growth and development on the backburner. After joining Mission Health’s “One-on-One” Program, I was able to lose 28 Kgs in 6 months and my energy levels increased substantially. It’s a dream come true for me. It all started when I realized that my eating habits were dismal and, as a result of which, I was gaining weight consistently.
