The initial period after 6 months of pregnancy is the most crucial and appropriate time to deal with the extra fat and deconditioning after pregnancy. The pelvic angles, which get enlarged to accommodate the baby, never return to their Pre-Pregnancy level if exercises are not done during the initial months. After pregnancy, exercising mothers can easily shed off extra fat, squeeze the pelvis, maintain tone of their pelvic floor muscles, and regain their pre-pregnancy body weight and Fitness.
