Our Group-X workouts are scientific, result-oriented, ideal for fun-loving people of all ages & all levels of Fitness. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in our exhilarating full-body workout, which includes 10 different group classes from yoga to dance aerobics & HIIT to Body weight Workouts! Each class is of 45 minutes to an hour, which is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve your cardiovascular Fitness, strength and flexibility while burning lot of calories.
