THE MH-KIDS FITNESS PROGRAM ensures that goals are SMART (specific, attainable, relevant, and time-bound). Exercises such as running, jumping, throwing, climbing, dancing, sports games are incorporated with strength training, flexibility training, functional training, agility & endurance training to improve physical and mental health and also promote motor skill development and coordination.
