Our Global Patient Assistance team plans your trip with you and tailors a schedule that fits your needs. We help you with your travel and stay arrangements, language and culture barriers, airport pick-up & drop, Rehab Suites booking, session scheduling & even sightseeing of our vibrant city. We also give you a local SIM CARD when you arrive for easy communication. This makes sure that you are calm and focused only on your treatment and recovery.

The team is your link to Mission Health and helps you with any issue regarding your travel or stay.

If you are ready to receive treatment, care and rehab at Mission Health, the first step is to send an Enquiry to our Global Patient Assistance team. An advisor will be assigned to your case and will contact you about your medical needs and ask for a copy of your medical records. Please ensure that your medical records are complete with all relevant test results, x-rays, scans, etc. Our doctors will review your medical records and then you will be contacted by the team with a suggested course of treatment and estimated days for the same.

If the patient is an overseas or outstation patient, it is recommended to contact our Global Patient Assistance team. They can help with travel arrangements, accommodation, and other related services.

Setting Up an Appointment

Coordinating with our team and setting up an appointment is the next step in the process. Patients can either call or visit any of our facilities to schedule an appointment.

Accommodation and Travel Arrangements

If the patient agrees to travel to Ahmedabad, our team will handle travel arrangements, airport pick-ups, accommodation, sessions, and even sightseeing.

Connecting and Sharing Health History

Before starting treatment, patients are required to share their health history with the team at Mission Health. This helps our team understand the patient's condition better and provide effective treatment.

Treatment and Rehab

After a thorough examination, our team will determine suitable options for treatment, care, or rehab.
