It is imperative for pregnant women to engage in a mild to moderate exercise program, which can help them stay in shape as well as prepare their body for labour and delivery. It’s said, “A HEALTHY MOTHER GIVES BIRTH TO A HEALTHY BABY”.

The concept of “ANTENATAL FITNESS PROGRAM” was introduced in Ahmedabad in 2007 by Mission Health. Pregnant women can exercise as soon as their pregnancy is confirmed. Specially designed and customized exercises are performed under the supervision of Specialized Physiotherapists in women’s health.

An effective and scientific prenatal exercise program integrates Pelvic Floor, Back & Abdominal, Upper/Lower Body Strengthening, Relaxation, Breathing, Yoga & Pranayama. These activities ensure both a pleasant pregnancy experience and women's health benefits.

THE MH-ANTENATAL PROGRAM aims at preventing low back pain and enhancing physical and psychological preparation for delivery by means of selective exercise strategies. This program helps you to:
