A way of EXERCISE at its ultimate & best. Imagine an exercise where in you use your own body weight as resistance. Now, here comes the surprise keeping in mind this concept. It builds Strength, Fitness & Balance to its ultimate levels.

This class consists of not just one, but a series of levels of intensity. We start with the basics which teaches you simple exercises on suspension straps. Advanced level focuses on strengthening your core by performing a variety of advanced exercises on the suspension straps.

Ball X

The dynamic ball surface keeps all your core muscles engaged during all exercises you perform on it. They are great form of exercises to develop Core Stability, Balance , Good Posture and Shape.

BOSU

Bosu stands for 'BOTH SIDES UP', a reference to the two ways a BOSU ball can be positioned. The device is often used for Balance Training which strengthens the Core, trains Reflexes and improves Coordination. When the dome side faces up, the BOSU ball provides an unstable surface while the device remains stable. This combination of stable/unstable allows a wide range of users, from the young, elderly, or injured to the elite level athlete. With the dome side up, the device can be used for athletic drills and aerobic activities. As the name suggests, the device can also be flipped over so that the platform faces up. In this position, the device is highly unstable and can be used for a wide array of advanced fitness exercises as well.

ViPR

ViPR is the ultimate functional, whole body training tool combining Strength Exercises together with the Physical agility needed for Sports or Fitness Performance. It adds a new variety to your workout and its fun exercising with it.

Kettlebells

The versatility of the Kettlebell allows you to have an enjoyable variation workout and it is suitable for all levels of fitness. Care has to be taken while using it for elderly and kids are not allowed to exercise with kettlebells.

Medicine Ball

We have designed different workouts with Medicine Ball. These exercises allows for improved ROM, Coordination, Upper & Lower Body Strength. It is suitable for all fitness levels.

It is one of the oldest forms of Strength training and Conditioning used to tone body, build explosive power and speed. Medicine balls are versatile, portable and a fad that lasted the test of time. No wonder a weighted sphere, so simple, has the potential to be so functional. The fun and results it gives is amazing!
